Break Time for Nursing Mothers under the FLSA 
The US Department of Labor developed a Fact Sheet about the Break Time for Nursing Mothers Law. 

Employment Protections for Workers Who Are Pregnant or Nursing
The US Department of Labor summarizes protections by state and links to other resources that may be useful to employees regarding pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding.

The United States Breastfeeding Committee summarizes existing federal laws with links to each on their website. ​
